We provide customizable and personable solutions for our clients, setting the burden of payroll computation aside to allow you to concentrate your energy where it matters most.

Smith and Stilwell affiliate, dba Broadcast Business Affairs (BBA) is signatory to SAG-AFTRA commercial and industrial contracts. As signatory, we provide talent clearance preparation, on location assistance when requested and all contract negotiations.

BBA is signatory to the commercials and theatrical motion picture contracts for American Federation of Musicians.

As your payroll provider, we handle the following:

• Electronic hiring forms and timesheets 

• Turnaround of payroll registers with 48 hours of submitted timesheets

• Checks 

• Nationwide workers compensation insurance, handling all claims and reports of injury

• Unemployment insurance, handling all claims and paperwork

• Withholding and filing for federal, state and local payroll taxes as well as W-2’s

• Union fees, dues and benefits, if applicable

• Renewal negotiations and notice of cycle expirations.

What you do

• Fully executed contract with S&S

• Provide proof of general liability 

• Verify all hiring documents and approve timesheets 

• Provide timely payment of invoices via check, wire, or PayPal (3% fee)
