The process is quite simple. We provide you with a time-sheet (you may provide your own - we are very flexible):
  • employee fills out time-sheet
  • you mail or fax completed time-sheet to APA National Payroll
  • we calculate payroll, process check and send you a detailed invoice
  • upon receipt of your payment, payroll check is immediately disbursed
  • we will prepare and mail out W-2 to employee no later than January 30, which is required by the Federal Government

We will also provide kit-rental vouchers for your make-up artists, etc., as well as mileage logs.

All forms are available in the starter packet, which will be mailed to you at your request.
